These are very basic, cheap food prep gloves. They are large. My wife doesn't like them because they are too big and the extra material gets in the way of food chopping. If you have large hands then no problemo. Guess that's why they're cheap.

These disposable gloves are a real time saver and they have so many common every day uses around the house. I like using them in the kitchen to prepare food, taking out the garbage and for cleaning the bath.
The plastic seems to be thick and a good quality that doesn't tear or rip easily. I don't have the time to continually go to the sink and wash my hands after every task so I'm very satisified with my purchase of the "Disposable Food Preparation Gloves - Box of 500"

My family loves meatloaf and homemade meat balls. I hated mixing all the fixings together by hand since the mix always gets under the fingernails and is really messy between the fingers and on the hands. I've used other brands of food prep gloves but usually before I was finished mixing something, the finger ends had split open. So far, none of these have. And no, I don't have long nails. I was hesitant about ordering from a third party vendor but since amazon.com states they stand behind third party sales, I ordered a box. Shipment was effected quickly and as stated above, product has been more than satisfactory so far. Price was pretty good too. Works for me.
